Have been to malgrat four times lots of nice pubs and good beach, used to play crazy golf in a little place next to the beach going back a few years a lovely young couple ran it but they moved further south mainland spain . Good thing is you can get the train to go other places.

Today my wife and I returned from there, completely disappointed, 7 days and only one day of sun, it's cold and raining all the time, there's probably nothing to see in this region, there's nowhere to go, only a passage of shops and restaurants, you have to go somewhere else to visit,Unfortunately, there was no point in continuing in the rain and completely I do not recommend under any circumstances a small white hotel with blue shutters, it can be seen in the video on the left , the photos look completely different from reality, an old, dingy hotel!!! the food is a disaster!! we fly to Spain every year and this time I chose the wrong one because these hotel photos fooled me, I will never go there again!!!

blanes no es solo playa y turistas. blanes es un pueblo con 40.000 habitantes donde el comercio es fundamental en el pueblo para los del pueblo. los turistas como estos soloven agua sol y arena....pero no se adentran en el casco del pueblo pues es precioso y donde la gente les acoge con cariño preeeeocupandose de entenderse con esta gente que solo busca diversion y sol...... PESIMO VIDEO DE MIERDA HECHO POR TURISTAS SIN CULTURA

Something about this town- that appeals to me. I'd stay there. Oceanfront room, nice beach, restaurants & shops. Laid back atmosphere. Beautiful scenery. I have watched several videos about Lloret de Mar recently. Each one brings a new view of this town- it's people & culture. What's not to like about a beach town on the Med? A brain & body vacation- to recharge your mental, emotional & physical wellbeing. If this is the definition of a Holiday for any human being, this would be as good a place as any to start with... in my book- just say'n.
